Family Classes

Spring Term: Nola Music Now

This Six-week term highlights how the Funk and R&B of musicians including the Meters, Allen Toussaint, and Dr. John, lives on in the music of New Orleans artists to this day; including Big Freedia, Trombone Shorty, Jon Batiste, Tank and the Bangas, PJ Morton, and more.

With each 45-minute class being led by a talented team of teaching artists and live accompanists, as a special treat on the final week, families will be joined by guest musicians for an epic jam and recording session. We look forward to welcoming you and your little ones to the wonderful world of Little Stompers -- the funkiest family program in New Orleans!
